Membership Committee:
Reports to Membership Director: Mark Johnson at mark.johnson@clevelandama.com
Assistant Membership Director: (1+ hours per week)
- Assist the Membership Director in managing the Membership Committee.
- Other duties to be identified as the position develops.
Member Benefits Coordinator: (1+ hours per week)
- Review and contact various members within the chapter to see what type of discounts and special offers they could provide to members.
- Assist with planning a Member Only event at a premier location in the area.
- Other duties to be identified as the position develops.
Collegiate Coordinator: (1+ hours per week)
- Serve as contact for AMA collegiate chapters.
- Assist collegiate chapters as needed.
- Keep in constant contact with each collegiate chapter to ensure stability.
Technology Committee:
Reports to Marketing Communications Director: Erin Miller at erin.miller@clevelandama.com
Event Writer(s): (5+ hours per month)
- Write a one-page summary of each event
- Sent the summary, along with pictures from the event, to all local media outlets.
Online PR Coordinator: (1-2 hours per month)
- Add each monthly event and registration information on all online event calendar sites.
Twitter Coordinator: (Approx 1 hour per month)
- Tweet monthly events, photos, membership promotions, etc. as often as possible.

Assistant Programming Director: (8+ hours per month)
- Assist the Programming Director in managing the Programming Committee.
- Assist in finding speakers and planning events.
Marketing Mixer Coordinator: (4+ hours per month)
- Work with Programming Director to plan quarterly marketing mixers.
- Coordinate on-site aspects of marketing mixers.
Special Interest Group Coordinator: (3+ hours per month)
- Work w/ Programming Director to plan quarterly SIGs.
- Coordinate on-site aspects of SIGs.
Event Greeters(s): (3+ hours per month)
- Greet attendees at the doors of our monthly events.
- Guide attendees to tables, point out giveaways, etc.
