Join us as we welcome Rick Lawson, Vice President of New Business Development for InfoCision.

In response to decades of marketing overload, consumers have adapted the way they absorb information. Today’s consumers decide in an instant whether your direct mail piece or phone call has value. Messages not immediately identifiable are promptly cast off into a sea of irrelevant clutter. But what if you could reach the exact customer you want through the communication tool they prefer at the time they would be most likely to buy your product or service?

Every time someone purchases a good or service they are telling you something. Why not use that information by utilizing data analytics and applying the results to an integrated, multi-faceted marketing approach. By doing so you can enhance brand position, improve ROI and increase customer retention.

As the customer has evolved, so must business. Companies need to move away from the traditional mass marketing practice of blanketing everyone with the same message and start connecting with consumers on an individual basis through ways they prefer to be connected with. Our speaker will reference actual case studies and provide specific tools and steps that attendees can use to enhance their own marketing efforts.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
As Vice President of New Business Development, Rick Lawson develops and cultivates relationships for all five divisions that InfoCision supports. With more than 20 years experience in sales and business development, Rick came to InfoCision in 2004. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Service Zone, a provider of domestic and offshore teleservices.
